MyTh or TrUtH : BAJAJ 350cc & 550cc

Sources tell that the company is half way through the development of a 350cc Pulsar scheduled for 2011-12. The new motorcycle would come with a liquid cooled engine, and the engineers are finding it hard to design a proper cooling system, which is inevitable for this high capacity engine.

Bajaj engineers are using an oil cooled system as it would occupy lesser space than water cooled setup. Moreover, the oil cooled system would be more efficient with heat transfer and weigh lesser, aiding handling and acceleration of the bike. The Pulsar 220 employs an oil cooler, and the company is likely to take the same route with this bigger motorcycle.

Some say that they will never launch 350cc pulsar or 550cc pulsar because on higher capacity bikes, they are working together with Kawasaki.. so new higher cubic bikes will be collaboration of Kawasaki and Bajaj together.

Bajaj pulsar 300 is being a big story over net. People are being crazy to see this as the best bike in india so far..
But to a little disappointment i would like to share what i know..
The fact is that Bajaj keeps on modifying and upgrading the pulsar.. as it started with 150 >>180 >>dts-i >> 200>> dts-fi220>> dts-i 220 (about to hit the market). This always keep bike-lovers keep on waiting for whats going to be next.

But Bajaj pulsar 300 what we seeing over the internet is a work of photoshop thats being done over the HONDA cb-600f hornet.

So guys chill and lets wait for the official announcements if bajaj makes sometimes about its further launches..

But keep yourself keen to check out the comming 220dts-i for its going to be more faster and more cheaper. Yes you heard it right its going to be more faster 0-60 and 0-100 more quickly than any other pulsars and its going to be Rs 10,000 cheaper than 220dts-fi..
